What is our cancellation policy?
Due to a number of recently missed appointments we have felt the need to introduce this policy.
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide this notice may mean that we need to take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
We thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We require a 25% deposit for large appointments (2hours or more) this will be non-refundable if you do not show for your appointment.
Microblading requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment on the day that you come in for your patch test.
Why do I need to fill in a consultation card?
Client consultations are a crucial part of being in the professional beauty industry. They protect both the client and you and ensure that you do not perform any treatments on a client that may be detrimental to their well being.
Why do I need a patch test?
This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by most insurers that every salon carries out a test patch for all new clients.
Main treatments that require test patching are hair colouring, laser hair removal, lvl lashes and semi-permanent makeup.
Please allow 24hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these treatments
I'm new to Facials and unsure what to have done?
When making your appointment we allow consultation time to go through any skin concerns you may have and what you would like to achieve from your facial. This helps us to advise you on the best facial for you!
We have a treatment for every skin type, don't worry you're in safe hands
What do I need to do to prepare for Phi Microblading (PMU)?
Please do not take ibuprofen or aspirin before the treatment.
We also advise not to drink alcohol the night before your treatment and if you having eyeliner treatments please remove contact lenses and bring glasses to wear.
A £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment when you come in for your patch test, this is non-refundable.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes, we offer loyalty cards for regular services, just ask the receptionist on your next visit.
We also offer treat cards which you can collect treat points when you purchase a product or pay for a service!
Your points can then be used for certain services or products!
To keep a check on how far off you are from a treat you can download the app and you can see on there! You can also view other offers on the app or you can follow us on social media
Who to contact if I a treatment hasn't met my standards?
We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the appropriate clinic manager as soon as possible
